VMAE | Live! Sessions – On Tap and On Demand

The third Thursday of each month – from 12:05 to 12:55 PM Mountain time – you’ll find VMAE members connected to VMAE | Live! sessions.  The live webinars connect VMAE’s special network for input, insight and inspiration while exploring association management and professional issue topics.  If you can’t make the live webinar, each session is recorded and placed in the webinar archive for your on-demand listening (see Previously Recorded Webinars at the bottom of this website page).

Next Thursday (February 20) VMAE | Live! will feature two individuals possessing lots of “heart” for the human-animal bond – more specifically, how to maintain that bond for loved ones in hospice care.    Diane McGill (executive director for Pet Peace of Mind) will be joined by Dr. Bob Lester (board member for Pet Peace of Mind and chief medical officer for Wellhaven Pet Health) will share with you how their program helps local hospice and palliative care organizations meet the needs of their patients with pets – especially those patients who lack a family or support network.  They’ll also discuss ways that you and your VMA as a Program Partner can help pets and patients stay together – at the time they need each other the most.  Full details and registration information here.
