20 Sep Forward Booking Update

Partners for Healthy Pets (PHP) has just published the AVMA-AAHA White Paper entitled “Forward Booking – How Forward Booking Leads to Better Patient Care.”  This White Paper provides an overview and gives guidance for healthcare teams to implement forward booking in their practices. It also reviews the results of the PHP-VMAE (Veterinary Medical Association Executives) initiative Ready. Set. Go! in which 45 PHP Associate Member organizations participated.
