16 Sep VMAE Strategic Plan

At the Summer Conference the Board developed a refreshed strategic plan for the next three years, to be reviewed annually. Building on an already strong culture, VMAE’s strategic planning process, facilitated by Doug Raven, is focused on inspiring a community of veterinary association leaders to solve real-time challenges, fulfill their missions, and serve veterinary medicine. VMAE’s strategic direction is aligned around three key areas: Members’ Success, Profession’s Success, and Organizational Success.
