VMAE | Fall Conference 2020 to Explore Reimagining the VMA

VMAE | Fall Conference 2020 is designed to help you in Reimagining the Veterinary Medical Association.  Dean West, founder and president of the Association Laboratory, is our thought leader for this extremely timely topic and he’ll guide us in learning, discussing and deciding how to make veterinary medical associations more relevant and valuable to members and other stakeholders.  Dean’s research findings will inform our dialog around environmental factors and implications for association strategy – and we’ll discuss and decide on solutions pertinent to VMAs that will be captured for the creation of a white paper that will be shared with program participants.  This program is informed by research findings, facilitated by an experienced and expert guide, and focused on practical outcomes and take-aways.

The virtual conference will be held on three successive days – Wednesday through Friday, November 4-6, with education sessions from 1-5 PM daily Eastern time followed by social opportunities from 5-6 PM Eastern time.  All sessions will be recorded for on-demand access (and even if you can’t attend the virtual live sessions you’ll want to register so that you have subsequent access to the content).

Each day features a social opportunity for learning and networking – check these out:

  • Wednesday – Theo chocolate tasting – Guided by a chocolatier from Seattle-based Theo, we’ll tour the factory and then taste a range of chocolates, of course shipped to you in advance and safeguarded (ahem!) for the tasting
  • Thursday – Jeoparty! – A virtual interpretation of the classic game show, complete with prizes for the winning team
  • Friday – Partner Palooza Happy Hour – Favorite beverage in hand, we’ll have some fun featuring our Strategic Initiative Partners in an awesome round of Two Truths, One Lie

Your registration includes:

  • All program sessions with Dean West and your colleagues
  • Complimentary participation in all three of the social opportunities
  • The post-conference whitepaper containing the solutions developed during conference discussions
  • Two bonus publications
  • On-demand access to conference content through June 30, 2021
