You will see Rebecca Rose, CVT cares about and understands veterinary teams. She graduated from Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs, CO USA in 1987 with a degree in veterinary technology. She is the president and founder of CATALYST Veterinary Professional Coaches, LLC.
Rebecca’s career in the veterinary community is quite diverse. She worked as a veterinary technician at a mixed animal practice for over a decade, was the first paid administrator to the Colorado Association of Certified Veterinary Technicians (CACVT) and consults with industry partners in creating stronger veterinary teams. In addition, she managed two AAHA-accredited veterinary practices.
Rebecca has co-authored books related to career choices for veterinary technicians. Her writings can be found in several training books and veterinary related magazines. She facilitates customized, interactive workshops at local, state, national and international venues. She hosts online programs with her CATALYST VetPC Team geared towards team development, utilization and wellbeing. Finally, through Rebecca’s coaching and insight, veterinary managers and other team members can increase their understanding in areas challenging for them.
Rebecca’s background includes extensive association participation including as president of the CACVT and the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America (NAVTA). She has won two awards from the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA): Technician of the Year and Industry Partner of the Year.
